What we build
At BCHAR, we are developing a fully autonomous biochar production line with the following key features:
Complete integration: Our system takes care of everything — from pre-processing agricultural waste, to pyrolysis, to post-processing and biochar packaging — ensuring a seamless, turn-key solution.
Designed in Switzerland, manufactured in Asia: Our design minimizes downtime and reduces maintenance costs, making biochar production more efficient and cost-effective. We combine precision Swiss engineering with cost-efficient manufacturing in Asia, reducing capital expenditures, ensuring a high-quality yet affordable solution.
Global compliance: Our system is built to meet emission standards, ensuring businesses can scale their biochar production globally while remaining environmentally compliant.
Full automation: With no need for manual intervention, our system is easy to use, requires no engineering expertise, and ensures higher safety during operation.
Manufacturing and shipping efficiency: Our system is designed to be mass-manufactured and shipped in ISO containers, allowing for global distribution.
Plug-and-play commissioning: Upon arrival, our system is easily commissioned without the need for complex on-site work, such as welding, reducing installation time and costs.
Energy recovery: Our system allows for the reuse of excess heat generated during pyrolysis, either for on-site electricity production or integration into existing production processes, enhancing energy efficiency.
